Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Gustavo García Lee has always been connected to the Caribbean and its distinctive way of life. With a background in management, logistics, sustainability, and marketing, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to real estate, combining business strategy, attention to detail, and a genuine understanding of people. In 2021, he moved to Punta Cana to pursue his passion for real estate, where he quickly built a reputation for his professionalism, approachable style, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Today, Gustavo is the Founder & Broker of The Caribbean Agency, a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in Punta Cana and Cap Cana real estate and serving both local and international buyers and investors. With over US$34 million in real estate sales and experience working with global real estate brands, developers, and clients from different markets, Gustavo has developed a deep understanding of the Dominican Republic's evolving real estate landscape. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is known as The Caribbean Agent, sharing market insights and helping clients navigate the opportunities and complexities of buying real estate in one of the Caribbean's fastest-growing destinations.

First of all, thank you for being here! My goal has always been simple: to help amazing people achieve their goals while creating genuine connections along the way. Real estate isn’t just about properties for me—it’s about dreams, opportunities, and making the extraordinary happen. I want every client I work with to succeed and walk away knowing they’ve made the best possible choice.
My love for real estate started at an early age, inspired by Sandra Rinomato (yes, from TV!). She probably doesn’t know I exist, but her passion lit a spark in me that’s grown into what you see today. Do you think she will ever read this?
